Hello, I’m Jenny Laskowsky – an HCPC-Registered Art Psychotherapist offering a warm, compassionate, and creative space for both adults and young people to explore their inner worlds.
My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. Whether you’re navigating grief, chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I offer art therapy as a gentle but powerful way to make sense of your experiences and strengthen your ability to cope.
